Jingyi Yu

Jingyi is a poet, playwright, film director, and theater investor. Her cross-cultural marriage to an Israeli has led her to split her time between China and Israel for over twenty years. The contrasting environments of these two countries have not only sparked her creativity but also inspired deep reflection on the social impact of cultural differences between the two nations, as well as the connections between the people.

This has led her to establish the CICA Foundation which serves as a platform to encourage more artists to engage in creative pursuits, in order to foster deeper connections between people.

Binghui Dong

Binghui's diverse career spans journalism, environmental NGO work, documentary filmmaking, brand strategy, and marketing communications. 

Living as a Chinese woman in Israel for 18 years and a mother of three, cross-culture for Binghui is her daily life.

Through firsthand experience, she has witnessed the communication challenges between cultures and peoples, but also the transformative power of human stories. She firmly believes that successful cross-cultural communication requires a deep understanding of context and an appreciation for different perspectives.

Rony Grynholc

Rony has more than 35 years of experience in sales and management in the Medical, communication and security industry. In the last 20 years, Rony has been visiting and working with China, learning and studying the local culture. In addition to his professional achievements, Rony is actively involved in NGO activities and is dedicated to giving back to the community.

Rony's NGO activities include serving as a member of the Executive Committee in Schneider Children's Medical Center of Israel and as a board member of Shenkar College, a leading design and engineering institution in Israel.
